Summary

**Location:** Pershore
**Pay:** £12.22 per hour
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM 1:00 PM
(39 hours per week, plus possible overtime)
Night shifts may be required at times.
**About the Job:**
Were looking for a **Paint Sprayer** to join our team at Transcal Engineering. Youll be working in our paint shop, applying **wet and/or powder coatings** to metal parts. If you take pride in your work and like getting hands-on, this could be a great fit for you.
**What Youll Be Doing:**
* Preparing and spraying parts to a high standard
* Inspecting your work to make sure it meets quality standards
* Keeping your work area and equipment clean and safe
* Following all health & safety rules
* Meeting daily production targets
* Filling out simple paperwork like time sheets
**What Were Looking For:**
* Some experience with wet and/or powder paint spraying
* Good attention to detail
* Able to work with minimal supervision
* Reliable and a team player
* Health & safety conscious
* Willing to learn and work to company standards
