Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with the Business Partner Accountant, you will provide essential support across budgeting, financial reporting, and year-end accounts.You will need…AAT qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIPFA, etc.).Solid experience in a finance environment with strong understanding of budgetary processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems, with excellent attention to detail.A confident communicator with the ability to offer clear, practical advice across a range of stakeholders.A proactive team player who’s comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.Special Conditions…You will be expected to work reasonable additional hours in line with the needs of the serviceFull UK Driving License Ability to travel/ access to a vehicle for work purposes Your role will require a Baseline Personnel Security Standard Check (BPSS)This post designated as politically restricted in accordance with the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.
