Summary
Operate and expertly manage the tandoor oven, maintaining optimal temperature control to ensure consistent, high-quality tandoori dishes.
Prepare a diverse range of traditional tandoori recipes in accordance with authentic Indian cooking techniques to deliver genuine flavors and textures.
Monitor the freshness and quality of all ingredients through regular inspections, and strictly follow proper storage and handling procedures to preserve ingredient integrity.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth workflow and timely service, particularly during high-demand periods.
Mentor and train junior kitchen team members in tandoori cooking methods, emphasizing precision, technique mastery, and adherence to kitchen safety and hygiene protocols.
Rigorously comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations, with focused attention on the safe handling and preparation of raw meat products. Would be working in this new branch. Denleys essence of (India, 132 Tillhouse Road, Cranbrook, EX5 7LB)
