* Promote a safe, inclusive environment by embedding safeguarding practices and responding appropriately to behavioural needs with empathy and professionalism.
* Encourage and support Learner progression toward personal goals, including volunteering, employment, or further training opportunities.
* Help maintain accurate records of Learner attendance, participation, and progress, under the guidance of the Horticultural Specialist.
* Contribute to the planning, care, and seasonal maintenance of the garden, including safe tool use and preparation of produce for the on-site shop.
* Support volunteers during sessions, helping foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with dynamic risk assessments and uphold health and safety standards across all gardening activities and outdoor areas.
