Salary: £TBC per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Warminster

Your Role:

Ensure projects are fully defined, specified, tendered and competitively priced with all necessary surveys in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Prepare the Pre-Construction Information pack in accordance with CDM Regulations and Provide project handover files to the Project Delivery Team.
Liaise with outside agencies/external stake holders as required to assist in the co-ordination of access and /or programming of works.
Make sure Projects are planned so they can be executed with minimum disruption to Services and the Customer.
Compliance with ADSL management system including all procedures and processes with regards to Lifecycle, Change Management, Project Management and Procurement.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: NQF Level 4/5 in a relevant discipline, a recognised Project Management qualification, and an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building services or facilities management
Experience: Experience of building and CDM regulations, along with managing tenders.
Skills: Clear and timely communicator who builds strong relationships, puts customers first, and delivers consistent, high-quality service. Embraces change, drives improvement, work efficiently, and leads by example to enhance business performance.
Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
