Effective interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of colleagues and service users, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work with discretion, sensitivity and maintain confidentiality. Good planning and organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritise and manage workload within a busy environment. Experience of managing patient flow/queries from multiple locations Experience of managing colleagues within general dermatology/waiting lists within general dermatology services A UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes are essential for this role Please see attached Job description for a full list of criteria.
