Little Learners Lincoln Childminding are looking to recruit a Early Years Practitioner to join our fabulous team
✨If you’re an outstanding practitioner, who can think on their feet and has the necessary skills to inspire and enrich the lives of young children in their early learning, then we want to hear from you to join our team!
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their ability to:
· Effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members)
· Support other staff and engage in good team player skills
· Develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs.
· Ensure the provision of a high quality environment to meet the needs of individual children having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories.
· Maintain children’s learning journal and records electronically via Tapestry
The hours are between 7.45am until 5pm Monday- Thursday (3 or 4 days per week with a consistent day off in the week)
We are committed to safer recruitment so all candidates must have a clear DBS (cost to be met by candidate). In addition, two satisfactory references will need to be provided prior to the commencement of this position. We do require the applicant to provide two references so please be prepared to submit these.
