Summary

Holiday Inn A55 Chester West is located on the outskirts of Northop Hall on the A55 Gateway Services, public transport is limited, and therefore own transport is essential due to the unsociable hours to be worked. We do not provide transport.

Hotel experience is not essential but would be an advantage as you will be working within the hotel's main bar, restaurant, and room service outlets.

Shifts are between the hours of 7:00 am - 11:00 pm as business requires including the working of weekends and public bank holidays.

Hours of work will vary subject to business demand. Pay is dependant on age

Responsibilities

Responsible for working to the highest standards, ensuring an efficient service to all guests
Provide outstanding customer care at all times.
Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
Maintain a high level of hotel and product knowledge at all times.
Manage any guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Setting up of tables ensuring they are to the customers’ requirements.
Taking guests to the table and explaining menu and service style.
Service of food and beverage
Ensuring check backs during and after meal service

As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will utilize your restaurant experience and hospitality skills to take orders, serve food, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide excellent guest services will enhance customer satisfaction. With a foundation in food preparation and culinary experience, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our hotel’s dining facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
