Summary
Site Maintenance Assistant
Due to continued growth and expansion of our team we are looking to recruit a Site Maintenance Assistant at our Bicker Depot near Boston.
Working as part of a small team responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the site to ensure it is kept safe, clean and tidy.
Your main duties will include:
• Working to a maintenance schedule to ensure that all site cleaning tasks are carried out at required times.
• Emptying of bins using a forklift.
• Ensure all work premises (internal and external) are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
• Use of machinery including power washes, forklift, tractor.
• Reporting any defects or issues found to the Site Services Supervisor.
• To be responsible for gritting the site in extreme weather.
• Use of cleaning chemical in accordance with COSHH training.
The role is a manual role and the applicant should be physically fit with the ability to carry light items of equipment and furniture with use of MHE as required.
Full training will be given and the role may suit an individual wanting to progress within the business. Due to the equipment required within the role applicants must be over 18.
The shift for the position is Sunday to Thursday, hours 7am to 5pm.
