Summary

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and resilient to join our team at Hull Register Office.
In this role you will be the Team Leader and assist with the management and co-ordination of day to day activities, planning workloads to ensure the timely availability of appointments and that resources are deployed effectively to maximise efficiency and achieve optimum service performance. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff within a team is essential.
You must have a proven track record in customer service and be able to ensure excellent customer service in a front facing, fast paced and high volume working environment.
Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with an ability to deal tactfully and discreetly with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds is essential.
We are looking for someone who has experience of both managing change, and reviewing and revising business processes and implementing change at an operational level.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working within a legislation driven environment and be able to interpret legislation and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
In this role you will monitor the performance of the service ensuring that performance and quality standards are maintained in line with key performance indicators and compliance with the General Register Office, Public Protection and Counter Fraud Framework, compiling statics, evidence and reporting information.
