The roles are an exciting opportunity for those looking to develop their skills in multiple areas, the roles will include supporting for our Franchise Partners in training and advising Franchise Partners across the estate as directed by your manager.
These opportunities have been created to ensure we provide thorough support to sites, primarily in person. These roles are multi-skilled, providing training, coaching and support to Franchise Partners across multiple areas.
The ideal candidates for these positions will have an interest in training in a role that covers multiple locations. They will be highly motivated to help our Franchise Partners run better businesses, using previous experience to identify opportunities and interpersonal skills to motivate and coach.
Working in a team, the role is regional although there may be some requirements for nationwide cover. The nature of the roles will mean overnight stays will be required, between 2-3nights per week as per business needs.

Package
Hours: These roles will be working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday (core hours 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 depending on the role and experience
Holiday: 22 days per year plus bank holidays and a birthday day
A company vehicle will be provided, this will be a taxable benefit
