We are seeking a Operations Administrator to join our Warehouse and Logistics team.
We are looking for someone to provide administration support and ensure that all deadlines are adhered to.
All Operations employees are expected to become multi-skilled to work in all areas if required.
The main tasks are:
• Communication with internal and external customers
• Meet SLA for internal and external customers
• Ensure all required Information is kept accurate and up to date
• Ensure professional etiquette is always practiced when communicating both internally and externally
• Ensure all communications are clear and consistent
• Schedule workload for colleagues to meet internal and external customer requirements
• To provide support to the senior leadership team and assist in collation of data
• Legal documentation to be checked thoroughly before completion
• Always maintain attention to detail when shipping orders to end user by name and address
• Ensure working towards our Sustainability goals and minimise carbon footprint
• Ship within SLA requirements
• Global dispatching
• Maintain accurate records.
• To be fully competent with the use of Vantage ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in order to carry out transactions.
• Collate communication of information from the Sales, Purchasing and Operations teams.
• Schedule deliveries and collections
• Manage orders, due dates and purchasing of stock requirements.
• Schedule the daily/weekly deliveries and collections.
• Assign drivers to jobs.
• Plan cost effective, efficient and routes to help keep our carbon footprint minimal
The suitable candidate will have excellent timekeeping and can show the ability to work well under pressure as well as being computer literate. Having a keen attention to detail and a mature approach to work using efficient working practices is also required.
It is also desired but not essential to have experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Stock Control, route planning, knowledge of IT components, communication and warehouse operations

This is a full-time position - 37 hours per week.
