About the role:

The University of Central Lancashire is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Admissions Assistant to join the Admissions Team.

The post holder will play a key role in providing an effective administration for applicants in relation to Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and Occupational Health checks whilst also supporting the wider Admissions team. This will include processing applications, verifying details, attending panel meetings whilst ensuring compliance with DBS guidelines, and maintaining accurate records.

About you:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. It is key that you work well under pressure and have an appreciation of business priorities, deadlines, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must be able to work unsupervised exercising their judgement and initiative together with being educated to A levels or have the equivalent experience/experiential learning.
