Summary
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Finance project role to upgrade and migrate our CRM system, working closely with internal & external stakeholders to identify and assess business needs to ensure consistent delivery and availability of business-critical applications, minimising risk and maximising value.
The Role:
Support the business with our primary systems MS Dynamics (D365), collaborating closely with management and key users to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements.
Create documentation based on the organisation's identified needs, working with other UCC teams to address training requirements for our systems.
Support governance, facilitate workshops, and oversee UAT.
Develop and document a general system design based on anticipated business requirements.
Track and manage portfolio plans, risks, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Assist the data platform team as needed in creating and designing finance reports to support the function.
Guide data cleansing within the Microsoft AX platform to ensure accuracy, completeness, and validity before migration.
Plan and support the business migration process.
The Person:
Degree qualified (Desirable) with a background in a fast-paced customer service environment
Ability to conceptualise and think creatively with strong mathematical aptitude
Proficient in Excel with working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (D365), SQL, and Power BI. (Desirable)
Ability to problem solve, and design solutions based on complex business and technical requirements
Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills
