Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Operative
Hours: Full time, [48 per week]
Schedule: [6 days out of 7]
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Mobile Cleaner to join our team.
As a Mobile Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our client's facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
The ideal candidate will hold a full UK manual driving license with less than 6 points, have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards cleanliness.
Duties:
- Perform various cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming and ad-hoc deep cleans
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
- Properly manage waste disposal by emptying bins and following waste management protocols
- Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the management team promptly
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning is essential
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness
- A flexible approach to working patterns - this role will involve covering sickness / absences, often at short notice
Applicants from West midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire or Worcestershire are welcome - must be willing to travel up to 3h per day and comfortable with motorway driving.
All travel time paid - modern company van and fuel card provided for business use
