Summary
Apply if you're a confident person, with either limited or various skills useful in property maintenance. This can range from decorating to carpentry, gutter clearance to fitting carpet tiles. All types of skills can be built on. Ideally the hours are full time, 40 per week, but flexi hours would be considered. Hourly rate would depend on skill set. Starting at £14.00 for very limited knowledge.
