Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks and pipe blockages.
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about issues and solutions.
Clean and maintain plumbing appliances, fixtures, and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used, ensuring proper documentation.
Work collaboratively with contractors, electricians, and other tradespeople to complete projects on time.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role in the plumbing industry.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
Valid plumbing license or certification in accordance with local regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address plumbing issues.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
CSCS Card certified is essential
