Maintenance Clean Room Operator – Join a Leading Global Manufacturing Team
Are you looking for an opportunity to develop new skills, collaborate across departments, and play a key role in business improvement? My client is seeking a Maintenance Clean Room Operator to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure spare parts are identified and readily available.
• Analysing recurring issues, assessing their impact on breakdowns and performance, and implementing solutions to reduce downtime.
• Preparing all necessary parts, tools, and equipment in advance to meet target times and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Actively participate in improvement workshops to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Technical Operators, Team Leaders, and Technicians across all production departments.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly PLM activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• A safety-first mindset—safety always comes first.
• Strong organisational skills to manage workload effectively.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Competency with tools and a mechanically minded approach (advantageous).
• A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
• A calm, methodical problem-solving approach.
• Confidence to challenge existing processes and accept constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, rotating weekly:
• 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00
Mechanical and technical knowledge of production systems and ancillary components is highly desirable. To ensure full support in this role, successful candidates will receive comprehensive training.
