Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, respectful, and adaptable part-time live-out care assistant to support a senior service user in Hertfordshire. The role involves providing personal care, assistance with daily living tasks, and offering both practical and emotional support.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
Duties include:
organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
organising and taking the client to appointments
helping with laundry and ironing
changing bed linen and making beds
assisting with bathing and personal grooming
helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
getting to know the client and their interests and needs
giving emotional and practical support to the client
food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. Someone who knows how to drive is ideal but not required. They need someone who can start as soon as possible.
