Summary
We have a vacancy for an experienced high class butcher to join us here at The Gourmet Butcher. We are looking for a person to continue the vibrancy, enthusiasm and passion to this fast paced, demanding role. A well rounded knowledge is essential for the position! Trading hours are Tuesday -Saturday 7am to 4pm
Duties to include but not limited to - Full Carcass preparation across Beef, Lamb, Pork & Poultry. Sausage & Burger Production, Fulfilling wholesale orders, Maintaining a high standard of presentation within the display counters, adhering to the clean as you go company policy. Uniform will be provided.
