• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the maths department.

• Lead curriculum development and support data-driven improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced subject leader or an outstanding practitioner ready to take the next step in leadership.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a strong track record of success in teaching mathematics.
• Demonstrate effective leadership experience, with the ability to inspire both staff and students.
• Be passionate about curriculum development and pedagogy.
• Be committed to raising achievement and narrowing attainment gaps.
