Required for September 2025 – Permanent – Full time 1.0 FTE

We are a small Catholic primary school, based in Caversham Park Village, Reading. We offer a rich and varied curriculum, and we are looking for a skilled and confident teacher to join our team and to help our children to thrive.

Our children are well-behaved and enthusiastic about learning and their parents are supportive and helpful. We have a very active Parent Staff Association which regularly organises community and fundraising events to support the school. St. Martin’s is a busy, happy place with lots going on!

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an enthusiastic and excellent teacher with high expectations and a proven track record of raising attainment

• Understands how children learn best

• Knows what high standards look like and how to achieve them

• Has a good sense of humour and a flexible approach.

• Values and supports our school’s warm and caring Catholic ethos – no matter what your own faith background is
