We are looking for a highly motivated Pastoral leader to join our team.

Required for September 2025, a Pastoral Leader to manage a year group of approximately 130 students including several with EHCP’s. The successful candidate will also work in a support capacity within our extensive pastoral/ SEND support team. This role will be agreed with the successful candidate based on skills and experience but could include;
• Attendance support – eg home visits
• Being a key member of our safeguarding team
• Student wellbeing intervention
• Leading with small group SEND interventions
• Teaching on a part time basis
