Exciting New Opportunity in Warrington! Are you looking for a rewarding role in manufacturing and industrial cleaning? We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Cleaning / Manufacturing Operative to join a leading manufacturer at their production facility in Warrington. If you have experience in industrial cleaning, product manufacturing, production and general labouring, we want to hear from you! Role Overview: As a key member of our clients team, you will be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and manufacturing a variety of covers made from different fabrics and materials. Your tasks will include using hand tools, cleaning equipment, and machinery such as: Hand and Floor Welders Industrial Sewing Machines High-Frequency Welding Machines Washers You will also be involved in processes including: Cleaning Measuring Cutting Sewing Eyeleting Training and Development: The successful candidate will receive full product training and will be expected to complete a comprehensive training program within two years. We are looking for someone who is: A team player, able to work in a small team dynamic Familiar with the requirements of general labouring A natural problem solver with the ability to identify faults Capable of working independently after training Able to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure Highly detail-oriented What we offer: A permanent role upon successful completion of the probationary period A dynamic and supportive work environment Rate of pay starting at £12.50 per hour for the first 13 weeks Hours of Work: Between August and March: Backshift 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM (10 hours + 30 minutes unpaid break), Monday to Thursday Between April and July: Early shift 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10 hours + 30 minutes unpaid break), Monday to Thursday **You must be available to work both shift patterns to be considered for this role** To Apply: Send your CV to warrington@thebestconnection.co.uk or for more information call 01925 629666 and ask for the industrial desk.
