Summary
The post holder will be part of the Recovery North Service, and will provide clinical leadership, as well as work directly with service user's who require input from a senior clinician. The post holder will work closely with service users and staff to develop and deliver a clear pathway of evidence based interventions. The post holder will work to develop reflective practice/ supervision for staff, as well as oversee medications management processes for the team. The post holder will identify training needs and develop the appropriate training for mental health staff, working with people in Recovery. The post holder will work across Inpatient and Community care service to consider clinical pathways for people in Recovery.
