Summary
Full details of the job duties/responsibilities can be found in the attached job description document and are summarised below: To undertake a role in the day-to-day management of patients on the orthopaedic wards and orthopaedic patients on outlying wards. To work as a team member within the Therapy Service and with other multidisciplinary colleagues. To assist the therapy service in carrying out treatment programmes and delegated occupational therapy and physiotherapy duties in the allocated clinical area under the direct and indirect supervision of an allocated therapist. To communicate with the relevant therapist and multi-disciplinary team about the patients condition and progress, and to document clearly and accurately fulfilling legal requirements.
