Summary
To provide advanced assessments and therapeutic interventions for young people who are looked after including children & young people living in residential childrens homes and foster placements. To provide comprehensive written reports on a multi-disciplinary basis following assessment To work autonomously and collaboratively within the MDT, providing consultation, supervision and teaching for other agencies/professionals. To participate in facilitating participation forums on a rolling programme with other team members. Be responsible for ensuring clinical outcome data is routinely entered and appropriately collated
