Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administratorto joina well-established estate agency offering excellent benefits plus carallowance.This role offers salary of£26,000 plus£20 per file progressed and benefits.

As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for handling rental applications, drafting & issuing tenancy agreements and arranging property viewings for prospective tenants.

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience working in a similar role such asLettings Administrator, PropertyAdministrator, Lettings Coordinator or PropertyCoordinator.

- Estate agency or lettings experience.

- Experience with email communication, a keen eye for detai.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong IT skills.
