About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality design to join a growing, design-led studio based in West London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced designer to not only lead high-profile hospitality projects but also play a key role in building and mentoring a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept through to completion

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth

Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and technical drawings

Oversee project timelines and ensure design quality and consistency
Requirements:
-
Minimum 6+ years' experience in interior design with a focus on hospitality

Proven ability to lead projects independently

Strong conceptual and technical design skills

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Revit a plus)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work from or commute to West London
