Your new role
- Address customer queries and promote customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Work closely with internal teams
- Ensure customer retention and loyalty
- Identify new opportunities and client leads
- Frequent travel required to meet with clients across Scotland to understand their needs and provide a tailored service
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a customer-facing, retail or sales position
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships
- IT skills and proficiency using CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
