Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer / Powder Coater to join our clients team based in Grantham.

The role involves prepping and coating large-scale agricultural and construction machinery. This is a hands-on position requiring a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Working Hours:

• 39-hour working week

  
  

• Monday to Thursday, 07:00 – 17:15

  
  

• Overtime available at enhanced rates

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of machinery and components prior to spraying or powder coating

    
    

  • Applying powder coatings to a high standard

    
    

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures

    
    

  • Working collaboratively within a team environment

    
    

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience in powder coating or industrial paint spraying (preferred)

      
      

    • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality

      
      

    • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

      
      

    • Willingness to follow strict health and safety guidelines
