Summary
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £26,000 | 40 hours per week | All year round
Our client, a well-established and nurturing nursery, is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and have experience working in a nursery setting. This role involves providing high-quality care and education to young children, fostering their development in a safe and stimulating environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Nursery Assistant or Nursery Practitioner.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- A genuine passion for early years education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, secure, and engaging environment for children.
- Plan and implement activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents.
- Ensure all nursery policies and procedures are followed.
