SEO Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, strategic and hands-on SEO Manager as we strengthen our Group Digital
Marketing Team.



We are looking for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and passionate about digital marketing with 5+ years managing
multiple websites. This will include a keen interest in growing client visibility through technical SEO, CRO, content optimisation
and link acquisition. As our Group continues to grow, we expect the SEO function to expand too, and therefore we are looking for
an individual with management experience to build a team around them with the ability to mentor, develop and motivate others.




Working within the existing Digital Team, you will be responsible for enhancing organic search performance across multiple
websites.




Key Responsibilities:



* Planning and implementing comprehensive SEO roadmaps to achieve specific business goals
* Utilising Google Search Console and SEO tools to measure and report on performance
* Working with marketing colleagues to deliver 1st class SEO campaigns across multiple websites
* Providing regular reports and analysis on SEO performance, highlighting key insights
* Research keywords and identify content opportunities
* Track competitor activity and adjust strategic roadmap as needed
* Keep up with industry trends and Google algorithm updates



Knowledge and Experience:




* Proven track record and deep understanding of SEO principles, with a minimum of 3+ years in an agency or multi-website
environment
* B2B experience a must, professional services experience an advantage
* Highly proficient with a range of SEO tools and software
* A strong background in both national and local SEO
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills



We are looking for a highly creative Marketing Professional, happy to be predominately based from home, with the ability to come
into either our HQ in Bolton or our Northern Hub in central Manchester, at least once a week, with the flexibility to travel to
other offices, as required.
