Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef, Sous Chef and Cook to join dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a flair for creativity and an unwavering commitment to hospitality.

It's full time, temp to perm position, 5 days a week rota, 8am- 4.30pm

Overtime pay over 40 hours a week.

Due to location own transport is required- travel bonus paid daily ( up to £30 a day).

Duties

Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Experience

Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in food presentation.
A passion for culinary arts with the ability to create diverse menus that cater to various dietary requirements.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment is essential.
