We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Waiter to join our Food & Beverage department. As a Senior Waiter, you be at the forefront of delivering a magical dining experience for our guests, while also supporting junior colleagues. You will oversee various areas within the F&B department, including the Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and Events, collaborating with your colleagues to deliver 5-star service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding service by delivering prompt, friendly, and attentive service to our guests. Maintain a warm and thoughtful attitude towards each guest and take initiative to make their experience ‘extra special’.
  • Team Collaboration: Work together as part of the team to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual support. Assist across the F&B department as needed, ensuring seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
  • Knowledge and Upselling: Maintain good knowledge of menus, allergens, bar drinks, and F&B promotions. Confidently upsell items to increase company revenue.
  • Guest Relations: Recognise, remember, and act on all special requests, allergies, and occasions. Take initiative to solve guest issues and complaints where possible and ensure all guest issues are reported to management as they happen.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: Previous experience of working in a food and beverage outlet (Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, Events etc.) with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate junior colleagues. Outgoing and confident personality with excellent communication skills. A flexible and willing attitude.
  • Attributes: A people person who is creative, forward-thinking, and able to work independently.
