Summary
Assist the Floating Support Service Team Manger in the provision of high quality, effective and comprehensive support to HNF team and clients. Provide day to day leadership and line manage to floating support workers. Manage and allocate referrals from the Housing Support Register (HSR) across the wider Higher Needs Floating Support Service (HNFSS) Promote effective team working and communication.
