What you'll be doing;
- Ensure compliance with Veolia policies, Health & Safety procedures, and regulatory requirements (EPR, COMAH)
- Conduct preliminary analysis of new enquiries and perform development/distillation lab work for samples
- Monitor and record emissions data for air and water
- Maintain QC & TFE laboratory facilities, including calibration, stores management and housekeeping
- Day-to-day laboratory operations, handling incoming/outgoing feed, product and waste
- Updating all data analysis systems for our records
- Assist in generating and updating process instructions, blending recipes & updating COSHH assessments
What we're looking for;
- Relevant Science Based degree/HNC
- Demonstrated competence with use of analytical equipment - GC / GCMS
- Knowledge of distillation is advantageous but not required
