Summary
Looking to recruit two Multi Skilled Plumbers to work on properties based in Basildon on a Permanent basis
You will undertake Responsive and Planned repairs to occupied properties. Carrying out Plumbing repairs, remedial Carpentry, tiling and plastering works around basildon and surrounding areas
- We are after someone who has previous experience working in Social Housing properties and is able to undertake remedial duties outside their core trade
Offering £38,000 + van and fuel card and benefits
- Experience in a similar role as a qualified Plumber
- Trade related qualification either NVQ or C&G
- Full UK Driving licence is essential
