In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the processing of financial transactions, supporting month-end activities, and helping to maintain accurate and compliant financial records. You’ll work closely with both internal departments and external partners, ensuring all processes are completed on time and to a high standard. Your duties will include processing invoices and payments, supporting bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting, and contributing to audit preparation and financial reporting tasks.
We are looking for someone who is AAT qualified or working towards a professional qualification, with previous experience in an operational finance or assistant accountant role. Strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative, problem-solving attitude are key to success in this position.
In return, we offer a supportive team environment, opportunities for ongoing professional development, and a competitive salary and benefits package. If you're ready to be part of a forward-thinking company where your contribution makes a real difference, we would love to hear from you.
You'll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
We’d love to hear from you! Apply now and be part of a forward-thinking organisation where your contribution truly matters.
