Summary

Hours: Flexible schedule – 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Saturday). Extra hours may be available depending on weather conditions.
About the Role:
Ginkgo Landscape Contractors is looking for a well-organised and self-motivated individual to join our team this summer. The role involves installing and maintaining 420 hanging baskets across London, with flexible working hours and the potential for a long-term position.
You will work independently in a fully equipped, company-provided van, and will be responsible for watering and checking irrigation systems at some of London’s most attractive housing estates. Accurate record-keeping using our mobile app is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain hanging baskets at multiple sites across London
• Drive a large van between locations (provided)
• Monitor irrigation systems and perform regular checks
• Record visits and maintenance using our app
• Collaborate with the wider team as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience in driving and basic garden maintenance
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated
• Right to work in the UK
