Pay Rate: £26.75 per hour PAYE / £35.95 per hour umbrella / £224.00 per day LTD
Location: Can be based in Bristol or Didcot, Oxfordshire
Hybrid/Remote Working: Fully on site
Hours of work: 37 hours
Role Information:
* Work as part of the Pensions team, reporting to the Head of Pensions
* Act as a specialist support for the management of company pension scheme, with a particular emphasis on projects delivery
* Preparing reports and briefings for the Trustee as needed as well as acting carrying out secretarial duties
* Regularly reviewing the risk register in partnership with the auditing/governing team
* Support company payroll change programme and liaise closely with relevant personnel to ensure a smooth transition.
* Managing escalations, queries and complaints.
* Support monthly payroll, contribution and modification reports for various pension schemes.
* Prepare and maintain budgets, including invoicing.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
* Strong experience working with pension matters
* Strong team player who can work in multi disciplined teams
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Strong verbal/written communication skills
UK National Security Vetting Status: BPSS clearance (Baseline Personnel Security Standard)
