About the Role
We are excited to be recruiting for a Nursery Apprentice in Bristol BS5. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in early years education while working towards a recognised qualification in a well established nursery.

As an Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the nursery team, ensuring that the children’s individual needs are met while gaining hands-on experience in a nurturing, supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
Care for and support the children, ensuring their individual needs are met
Supervise and engage with children at all times in a safe and stimulating environment
Assist with daily tasks such as reading stories, mealtime assistance, play, and nappy changes
Serve as a positive role model, encouraging children’s development and well-being
Build professional, friendly relationships with staff and parents
Fully understand and adhere to Safeguarding Procedures

✅ Requirements:
Passionate about early years education and care
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a desire to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and take direction
A willingness to work towards a recognised childcare qualification
Must be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
