Summary
Conduct patient consultations and physical examinations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses Prescribe medications and provide treatment plans Refer patients to specialists when necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Provide preventive care and health education Act as Supervising GP to support the partners. Home Visits. Multidisciplinary meetings. Care Home ward rounds. Safeguarding Supporting medical students. Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and administrative staff Participate in ongoing professional development and training Carry out audits and take an active involvement in driving the practice forward introducing new ideas and ways of working.
