Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Cafe environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and supervising staff to deliver high-quality service efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise front of house staff in customer services.
Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
Assist in the development of team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Coordinate daily operations, including inventory management and supply ordering, for front of house and kitchen.
Monitor quality and presentation to ensure consistency with the cafe standards.
Be used to using till and be able to cash up at the end of the day
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a customer service setting.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Have experience in cashing up.
Would desirably have experience in opening and closing up.
