Summary
EOTAS Tutor - Secondary
Location: Harlow and Surrounding Areas
Focus: 1:1 and Small Group Tuition for Students with SEMH Needs
Provision: Educated Other Than at School (EOTAS)
We are working in partnership with a dedicated alternative provision to recruit passionate and experienced EOTAS Tutors to deliver personalised education programmes to secondary-aged students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) or Behavioural needs. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people by supporting their academic achievement, personal development, and emotional wellbeing.
Role:
As an EOTAS Tutor, you will work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups to engage learners outside of mainstream education. The role focuses on increasing pupil engagement, supporting academic progress, and building strong, supportive relationships with both students and their families or carers.
Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored lessons based on the secondary curriculum to students with SEMH needs.

Experience working with young people with SEMH needs.
