Summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a highly experienced Electronics PCB Assembly Operative for one of our clients based in Chesterton, Stoke on Trent.
The Hours of work are:
Monday to Thursday, Days 08:00am to 17:30pm. Friday off - 36 hours per week.
Rate of pay - Between £12.75 and £13.75, dependant upon skills.
Temp to Perm Opportunity.

The candidate will have experience in all aspects of PCB Assembly and have skills and knowledge in component knowledge, Types, values, orientations and tolerances.
Through hole Assembly: component lead forming, manual insertion and high quality soldering skills to IPC-A-610.
Capable of assembling a complete PCB with a kit of components, assembly drawlings etc.
Along with the above the workload includes working with mixed tech - SMD and through hole components, manually placed SMD devices for small and or prototype builds.
Advantageous skills required - Experience in the setting up and/ or the operation of auto pick and place machines within the SMT Production Area. Capable of loading component feeders and setting up pick and place machines prior to running 1st offs and production.
