Salary Grade 5 i.e. £ 30,060 - £ 32,654 per annum (pro rata for part time)

Do you have experience advising customers on welfare benefits and welfare reform? We’re looking for a dedicated Money Advisor to join our team and support residents facing financial hardship.

You’ll provide advice to customers in arrears or exceptional circumstances, helping them navigate welfare benefits and access financial support.

This is a hybrid role, with 40–50% office-based work and flexibility for home working and community visits. The role is also open as a potential secondment opportunity for internal applicants.

We welcome applicants with experience in welfare advice, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. You’ll be organised, empathetic, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
