Summary
Senior Care Coordinator
Support the manager in her role
Oversee the care coordinators
Undertake Comprehensive induction and training
Understand Health & Safety requirements
Uphold NFCs policies and core values
Good I.T skills
Perform varies duties, responsible for scheduling customers and ensuring times are adhered to and the highest quality of care is provided
Planning new customers and carers schedules
Supervision of carers
Provide timely responses to customers requests
Contribute to monthly on call, 1 weekend per month and one evening per week.
Addition holiday cover and sickness
Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure individuals care needs are met and maintained.
