Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.


  • Follow provided lesson plans and adapt them to meet students' needs.


  • Manage classroom behavior in line with the school's policies.


  • Provide constructive feedback to students on their work.


  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.


    Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


    • A degree in English or a related subject.


    • Experience teaching English at the secondary level is desirable.


    • Strong classroom management skills.


    • Flexibility and adaptability to different school environments.


    • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
