About this role
We are currently seeking an “all-rounder” to provide high quality administrative and operational support in the Human Resources team. This could be an ideal opportunity to gain Recruitment and HR experience in a professional learning environment.

You will be joining a small highly professional, committed team, within a student focused academic community. Contributing to a range of different departmental activities and picking up responsibilities as required across the areas of staff recruitment, professional development, contractual requirements and payroll.

Day to day tasks will include (but are not limited to) data entry, maintaining digital employee records - ensuring all files are up to date, use of databases and other HR online systems, act as point of contact for enquiries and oversee shared inboxes and deal with inbound and outbound reference requests. You will support the recruitment team with their recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes, scheduling meetings, meeting and greeting candidates and carrying out pre-employment checks as required.

You will be approachable, adaptable with a professional manner and have a fantastic eye for detail. You will need to respect confidentiality whilst processing and handling personal data. You will be conscientious with a helpful and positive attitude and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
